Terms of Service

Lumina Executive OS is a governance, resolution and execution platform for executive bodies, operated by ProActa High Performance Management Limited (Company Registration No. 9711894). Contact: proacta@yahoo.com.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Roles and permissions inside an organisation are granted by that organisation's administrators; you cannot change your own role.

You must use the platform lawfully, only for your organisation's legitimate governance work, and must not attempt to access another organisation's data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Your organisation owns the content it creates in the platform. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the service. Records your organisation must keep (invoices, audit logs, approvals) may be retained as required, without personal details once an account is deleted.

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

You may delete your account at any time from the account deletion page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled afterwards.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProActa High Performance Management Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
