Lumina Executive OS is operated by ProActa High Performance Management Limited (Company Registration No. 9711894). You can reach us at proacta@yahoo.com.

• Account data — your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and sign-in credentials.
• Organisation and workspace content — resolutions, dossiers, milestones, correspondence, documents and other records you or your organisation create in the platform.
• Usage and error logs — sign-in events, audit trails and technical diagnostics that keep the service secure and reliable.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security.
• Payment providers (e.g. Flutterwave) — only when you purchase a subscription.
• AI providers — only for the AI features you choose to use.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Records your organisation is legally or contractually required to keep — such as invoices, audit logs and approvals — are retained for the required period, but are stripped of your personal details when your account is deleted.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from the account deletion page (also linked in Settings). This permanently removes your sign-in and personal details. It cannot be undone.

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at proacta@yahoo.com.
